How we handle your data

Great 3D Impressions is a small home studio. We collect as little as we can get away with, and we don't sell any of it.

What we collect

Orders: when you buy something, Stripe collects your name, email, billing address, and payment info. We only see what Stripe passes back to us (name, email, shipping address, order summary). We never see card numbers.

Commission enquiries: your name, email, the message you send us, and an anonymized rate-limit hash of your IP so we can stop spam.

Site analytics: we keep server logs for operational debugging and may run privacy-friendly analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics). No third-party trackers, no ad networks.

How we use it

We use this data to fulfill your order and talk to you about it. That's it. We don't build profiles, we don't remarket, we don't share it with marketing partners (we don't have any).

Third parties

Stripe handles all payment processing. Their privacy policy applies to your payment details.

Etsy: product photography is served from i.etsystatic.com so we don't duplicate the CDN. Viewing a product image makes a connection to Etsy's servers.

Cloudflare: fronts the site for CDN and tunneling. See their privacy notice for what they retain on edge requests.

Your rights

Email [email protected] to request a copy of anything we have on you, or to have it deleted. We'll reply within a week.
