The basics

These are the terms for buying from Great 3D Impressions. They're short because we're a small operation and we prefer talking to arguing.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy a piece. We accept the order by charging your card and sending a confirmation. If a piece is out of stock or listed wrong, we'll refund and apologize.

Making & shipping

Most pieces are printed to order. Expect 3–7 business days of production before the package ships. We'll send tracking when it does.

Once the package leaves our hands, it's in the care of the carrier. If it gets lost or damaged, tell us and we'll help sort it out.

Returns

If a piece arrives damaged or not as described, we'll replace or refund it — tell us within 14 days of delivery with photos.

Because every piece is made to order, we don't accept change-of-mind returns on custom commissions.

Custom work

Commissioned pieces require 50% upfront. We'll confirm the design with you before printing. Once you approve the final render, the design is locked and revisions past that point are billed hourly.

Liability

Our stuff is decorative. Please don't use a 3D-printed shelf to hold up a bowling ball, and please don't put a candle inside a PLA lamp shade. We're not liable for damages caused by misuse.

Changes

If we update these terms, your existing orders are governed by the version in effect when you placed them.
